There will be a 1 million sq feet shopping mall due to complete at Union Square by 2007/2008, much larger than Olympian City 2 (600,000 sq ft).

pros : location convenient, good management, residents there in general are good (most I met are families, young couples with kids.....though sometime I saw some from PRC in the clubhouse)

cons: no shops/restaurant around (free shuttle bus to Hoi Fu market on Mon to Sat and to harhour city on weekend/holiday), layout of flat is not too good..... also, I experienced leaking of water from the air-conditioners and the wall

For the view, it depends on which flat..... mine is facing the construction site in union square

我果時都睇過佢地個showroom, 都唔錯架, 不過management fee要$2.2一呎我就覺得幾貴囉 (豪宅價錢)!

In fact, six lifts at the main entrance and the other two is for the maid or goods delivery.

Since I am thinking about to buy a flat there, could you tell me the quality of the air and any population problem from the construction.

Is the shuttle bus need to share with other 屋苑? Is there any thing have to aware when looking for a flat there?
