唔該，想請問一下：賣咗樓之後 ... ...

賣咗樓完成交易後，賣家係唔係除咗張收費發票，就冇嘢响律師樓攞返？同埋差餉單、管理費收據、管理處嘅按金收據正本都要俾律師樓，而唔係對完就可以拎返正本嘅咩？

麻煩最近有賣過樓又記得程序嘅朋友指點下，因為我對上一次賣樓已經係四年前，完全冇印象！

我o地年頭賣樓時, 都係俾o左d正本律師樓無得攞返.
差餉因買家付大部份, 所以由佢俾錢同轉名再對數; 管理費按金收據因只發出一次, 所以會pass俾買家keep; 管理費收據都俾埋買家, 證明已付清及無欠款. 我只keep copy for ref.

In normal circumstances, the Original management fees receipt needed to be passed to the buyer for notify of transfer with the management office. Other documents, such as management fees receipts, payment record for government rent & rates, public utilities receipts will be handed back to the seller upon completion of S&
