朗逸峰好靜,好high, 每15分鐘有shuttle,緊鄰寶雲匯都申請唔到.
我有層放緊,睇下鍾唔鍾意

2期BLK19高層山景泳池景
1180三房全新樓
放$4750000連車位(超平)
之前係我樓上成交價$5950000,我低兩層咋!!
因為就我個仔返學所以才買,自己真係好鍾意!!

請問 shuttle 去邊? 是否去荃灣mtr? Is the service overnight? What other public transport is available other than taxi ? Bus, pubilc light bus etc?

What's the Primary School Net for Cairn Hill? 62 or 63 or others?

Was there flooding before during heavy rainshower?

Which direction is your unit facing?

If I am interested, can I inspect your unit?

Shuttle 直去荃灣地鐵,要5-6分鐘車程.

Is the service overnight? What other public transport is available other than taxi ? Bus, pubilc light bus etc?

Which block and floor is your unit? I thought there are total 9 blocks? And also I cannot find the unit with 1,180 ft? Whick unit is it?

There are 2 phases in The Cairnhill. Block 1-10 belong to Phase 1, while 11-19 belong to Phase 2.
We're in the Phase 2 block 19 高層. Facing to Hill View and Swimming Pool.
