無睇過呢本書, who wrote it?
My baby: during day time my baby needs patting, soothing or pacifier. Except when going out, my baby does not fall asleep while being carried. Even if she needs help to sleep, it usually takes only 10 - 15 minutes of effort and she is getting better at it.
At night after her 8pm milk most of the time can fall back to sleep on her own until next day 6am. I don't force her to follow a time table, but at night whenever she wakes up for feeding I feed and change her in the dark, keep as quiet as possible and won't play with her to teach her night time = sleep, day time = activity and play.
She still needs milk at night because her stomach is still quite small and can't drink more than 3oz. So, I will increase the time between her night feeding gradually until she's ready.
