The preparation for 2 weeks trip is different. If u r rich mommy, u need to buy the biggest iThemo. Also the flight hour is another consideration, 1) u need to hv the detail wrapping of the ice pack. U r suggested to put it into a paper box after wrapping. 2) pumping in the flight time, bring the pump, pump regularly, ask the air hostess to give u air pack or store it for u in refrigerator.

Sorry, too many unknown in Tibet. You r not suggested to carry the ice milk. Just maintaining the pumping regularly. You can drink it or throw it.

Thanks! I plan to pump n throw for the week when I m in Tibet. Perhaps I pump n drink. But I may need to sterilize the pump n bottle. What would u suggest? Simply flush with hot water? I guess I can still take that

My bb refuse to take 冰奶，I may need to start give him formula before my trip.
My bb is now 5 n a half month old. Taking full pump breast milk!
Any suggestion for me?

My suggestions r:
1) sterilized by hot water if u plan to drink. If throw, just rinse.
2) pure pumping cannot maintain the supply, u hv to resume the direct feed. Formula is un-suggested in anyway. Do yr best to reserve more before the trip. Adding the solid food from now on is a good timing.

佩服你咁細心，我就冇。上星期突回鄉三日的處理方法：
六小時車程，一有廁所即第一個跑去廁所泵，就算是5分鐘也要。
上車即飲了奶，有心理象礙，但不願倒走由血液製造的寶貴奶，
其實好飲的，味道清甜，像少許椰汁味。
到了鄉下，問小孩飲不飲奶, 幸有三歲小孩飲，佢還要愛上了它，早上問我拿奶飲，好開心。臨走送上4碗奶給佢。

詳情我係去美國開會一星期, 我估响美國會做得好d,可以雪到奶
但之後有幾日會去墨西哥,因為唔係公司畀錢,所以只係會住hostel,我担心將d奶雪响嗰度會畀人偷/污染,而且會出街觀光,日頭泵出黎既奶都幾難雪,又唔知响邊搵熱水洗泵。
原本我打算只响回程機(轉晒機之後)泵同雪,因為如果多次响雪櫃攞出黎,又再雪返,好驚會變坏....

Too many unknown in Mexico. My suggestion are:
1) Mail the ice milk by UPS to HK first. Pay premium for the ultra express to send them to HK within 15 hrs.
2) throw and drink the milk in Mexico

我上胎都試過出差, 朝起離開酒店前pump一次, 晚黑又pump一次. 中午食完飯o係公司pump一次, 但由於唔sure公司電櫃係點, 同埋放左工又未必立即回酒店, 所以中午既奶係掉 (或者自己飲左去).

酒店pump完既奶叫職員幫我雪起.

我帶手pump咋, 得果幾日, 費事帶電的咁重.

我嚟緊要返大陸工作3日，仲要全OUTDOOR，場地只會有好核突既流動厠所，我諗只可以早晚響酒店泵，同埋試下中間偷走返酒店泵一兩次, 希望酒店近場地

我想請問個PUMP用幾日都只係用熱水消毒嗎？我驚唔衛生...
