有無試過康體處既器械健體訓練班？

上左一個COURSE後，考埋試，出埋張金卡，就可以用月費形式隨時（一個月內無限次）享用政府各間體育館既器械做GYM啦！

價錢又平！

I am one of this Fitness Gold Card Holder, so I can answer you these questions.

Yes, you have to take a course in any government Indoor Games Hall. Courses are for teaching you how to use the fitness equipments. Afterwards, take the examination, the instructor would observe whether you can properly use the equipments and mark you pass or not, usually most of us pass. Then you would be issued a gold card and everytime you go the the publich gym and show out your card, just pay $19 (don't know any increase recently) for a session.

我對 califoria 印象一般, 去過參觀過, 係幾大 & 多野玩, 不過價錢都好貴, 第一次要比手續費 & 入會費 & 月費 (成千幾蚊) 之後月費成$500蚊好貴, 問佢地羅d price list 走, 又話唔得, 我諗個個 sales 報價都會有出入, 唔老實.

咁照妳地咁講都係 physical 穩陣的啦! 一口價，無花無假，位位一樣。而且，而家既價錢一個月都唔駛 $200，真係諗得過。我係 physical member，係度玩左成年幾都幾 enjoy 架! 雖然佢地有美容部，但係唔會好似其他某些 beauty & fitness centres 咁，的客一路係度做 gym，的 staff 一路係度 sell 佢地的美容、護膚 products，係 physical 度我就從來都未曾試過咁樣啦!

你可以參加月費計劃，印象中是＄１４０�月，無限次使用，任何一間康體處既健身室都可以．

埸館亦無特別任何限制，除非該時段已為訓練班使用或正值定期檢查（一星期一次）．

你也可以每月訓練班既形式參加，唯要每月要盡快報名，否則很快full．收費為＄７５�月，每星期兩堂，每堂一個鐘．

If you are looking for less traffic with quality and reason price, you could try Fitness First (approx $450-500/mth).

If you are looking for something cheap, I think Physical is a good choice.

PLEASE DON'T JOIN CALIFORNIA FITNESS. I work in this company head office few years. This company received many case from media & consumer council, the sales only know cap client money no any after sales services, and mislead client to sign up 12 months contract, and WILL NOT LET THE CLIENT KNOW THIS IS 12 MONTH CONTRACT AND DON'T TELL CLIENT TERMINATION CONTRACT PROCEDURE.
