At the time I deliver my son there in 1996, he was the one to help and operates his office there at that time. Are you a PR or just want to deliver a child there to get citizenship? If you need, I can ask my friend with recognized doctor close to China Town.
you can try Dr. Richards at Metrotown, Burnaby. He is a very good doctors and had performed 2 C-sections on me. I felt very safe with him. But the down side is, he is a bit old already.
