It is not necessary for the Indo maid to return to Indo only if :
1) she finished the contract
2) the employer declare financial problem
3) the employer passed away
Otherwise
if she was fired, she must leave HKG (maybe can go to China to wait for the new visa) even though she found the new employment.

when I fired my previous INDO maid, she need not go back to Indo. She has 2 weeks for her to find a new employer. In fact, when I employed her, she was just finished her contract in HK and she did not return to INDO neither. She "earned" two air-tickets!
