I went on the weekend & it still feels like a construction site. Most of the harbour views are blocked, unless u buy those at $16,000/sf. If it's just garden view, do I need to buy there? My friend said the area is really Jordan. Within close proximity, u're in a totally different environment: v old apts that are probably 1/10th of the price.
Overall I liked it but feel it's overpriced. But then, prices never come down b/c of how I feel.

I lived in Sorrento for 2 years and feel very satisfied.
Everything is so convenient - the airport express, which takes you to the island side, is just 5 min walk
where the MTR ( to other parts of Kowloon ) is just
10-15 min walk, or you can take mini-vans to
Jordan MTR/Mongkok or TST. There are lots on
construstion sites around - that's mean this area
is getting more and more important. I believe that
in next 10 years this area will become the centre of
Kowloon. Yet I admit that the price of those flats facing the harbour/with seaview is really expensive,
however there are some which face the Olympic/Jordan with more affordable price, around
$6000-7000/sq.feet. Worth to take a look and
consider.

BTW, If you buy your property 2 yrs before, you are really smart as the property price is almost double now .

(This is the case for my friend who is living in Tower 1 of Sorrento.)

西九目前的咁多個盤, 我都覺得擎天的Potential高d.

四小龍都算落後, 但一銀, 君匯港就真係唔會唸.

論物料的詁.. 我會揀凱旋門
論升值潛力.. 我都會揀凱旋門..

不過要 depends 西九文娛計劃的進度及概念..

凱旋門個價經已好高wor, 同埋呢個價錢好難有reference去比較, 況且炒家比例非常高. 單論景觀, 物料, 無疑一定係凱旋門最優, 但如果計Price/Qlty, 我就覺得擎天升兩成快過凱旋門.

我過年前都有去睇過幾個擎天單位, 過陣有間炒家蝕讓貨 1400尺, 6x樓, 只賣約850萬. 個間隔真係好實用. 呢個價, 奧運站都要啦.

早3個月有炒家出$10m買我朋友個擎天大單位,佢好平買返來都唔沽呀!
你講間炒家蝕讓貨(1400尺, 6x樓, 只賣約850萬), 真係幾抵!
我同意擎天間隔真係好實用,但始終老公prefer The Arch(and that's the reason why we plan tio move from HK to KLN).

你朋友個單位幾大? 1400尺現在九百多d就買得倒bor. 筍盤只在去年十月左近信心最薄弱的時候出現過, 我果陣都睇左幾次, 可惜當時無$$$. 聽講后來就好少筍盤了.

(1400尺, 6x樓, 只賣約850萬), 好似係4x樓. 向內園. 67樓果間要九百幾.

不過以用家來講, 買 the Arch 同買擎天的客, 是完全兩批唔同的客. 你連the Arch都考慮既, 就應該唔會考慮擎天來自住.

We live in Island Harbourview in Olympic Station. Want to move to a house around 1300ft. We only have this size in 1 silversea but too expensive not worth.
