Agent多數幫邊個架?

你地覺得D Agent在買賣樓宇或幫人租樓時,多數會幫邊面講價架?
係唔係會幫個客多過業主架?

我覺得 agent 多數幫自己，希望快快簽成快快收佣。放樓要多睇近期成交價錢，留意樓市動向，做足功課，唔好只聽個 agent 比的料。

如果好幾個月都沒有成交價,個 agent 又話個市點差法,係咁谷,咁係邊度搵參考呢?

not 多數 , but 100% 幫自己

always tell buyer how pretty the future is and the price will go up up up ... on the other hand, they will tell seller if you don't sell cheaper now, it will drop more tomorrow ...

take a look at midland and centanet for completed deals, U can also try century 21 wesite, they update often too ...
