Fry Bun Bun

I will fry my bun bun soon, do I need give her a reference letter?
can I give her cash instead of air ticket?
Please help, as this is my first time to fry maid.
Any points should be aware, I am so worry.

最好出open既機票,你fry佢唔使比reference letter架,比解僱信佢就得喇..

你炒佢當日要準備
1.計佢工作日數既糧、一個月代通知金、交通費、大假比例(呢幾樣夾埋逐part填清楚計清楚落收据果度,一式兩份要佢簽名)
2.機票,要copy咗比佢簽收
3.check完行李叫佢簽返張收据證明你已check咗,費事佢返轉頭入你屋搞野..
*另外出糧果度最好用支票劃死過户,支票亦要copy咗比佢簽
*以上全部既收据你一定要keep正本,完成解僱後就立即fax去immg度通知佢地cut佢visa....呢個過程你一定要親自做,咪時唔cut,一陣工人有乜事就你負責架喇....
immg fax no.28241133(簽証部門)21579181(外傭組)
兩個fax哂就好穩陣架喇....

張fax要寫合約no.、你名+ID、工人名+ID+passport no.、炒佢原因、你聯絡地址及電話,同以上全部所有收据或有關炒佢既信就ok架喇.....
你炒bun需要既文件、收据可以喺fa & winnie媽同其他媽咪用個心心做既天書揾到<<<僱傭天書>>>,至於機票就等其他媽咪幫你喇.

I would book the air ticket with the confirmed seat but the date can be changed. The ticket is valid for 1 year. Is it ok/

Also where can I get the sample of termination letter to Bun Bun

I buy the CX labour fare about $1100 + tax.

Also do I need to give the termination letter to bun bun with reason?

thanks, 你是經那間travel agent 買的? 可pm我一些info嗎?

termination letter to bun bun 要比reason, 這個reason 也要小心寫, 否則, 可大可小.
我依家都suffer 緊, 睇下要點寫. :-(

Can the reason in the Termination letter different to that for Immigration Department?

For the travel agent, I have no information on hand now. Later I will PM you.
