Yes. There are a lot of container trucks, buses, and minibuses that pass by. Even at high level (I have been living at both low level - below 5th floor and above 30th floor) the noise is quite disturbing too.

The low level is even more noisy than the higher level because of the taxis and the "nursery "vans (the latter have occasionally more mosquitoes and flies too). However it's not a big problem if you close the windows or you get used to it.

*浪澄灣 (units facing hoi fai road) and 君匯港 should have similar or even more (especially for the latter)traffic noise disturbances
