Even though Hayes is now 23 months old, my pumping schedule generally remains the same, only not pumping milk during midnight since Hayes was 6 months old.
Milk pumped amount gradually was decreased, especially after M was come again & along the change of our hormone!
In order to keep some stock at freezer for flexible use & provide bottled mama milk for Hayes during my working time, I still keep on pumping milk at office twice + sometimes pumping one side during breastfeeding.
Why? Because I am not a "rich" mama milk provider, just only depending on "pumping hard"! 
Hence, if you are confident to provide sufficient milk for your girl, may try to cut 20:00pm(pumping) or pump half.
