My maid always talk on the phone. I seldom ask her not to if she can finish her own work everyday. I only tell her not to talk on the phone while she is going out with my baby daughter because she has to pay full attention to my baby.

When I saw her talking on the phone while she's working, I only tell her not to talk to the phone while she is working.

同佢講, 佢做晒野先準講, 吾好比你見/知道佢日頭係甘講電話吾做野, 如果吾是就返鄉下慢慢講

I always tell my maid that, your purpose want to earn more money in HK, don't spend too much money on the mobile. And tell her that my friends's maid spend almost $500 something about this. May be she feel you care of her.

要提番：
講電話唔係乜嘢大問題，即係唔係死罪，唔好用"warn"呢個字嚟出信，因為出咗信佢俾你「嚇」倒就好，嚇唔到佢，佢唔改不特以，重知道你其實冇佢乎，而關係差咗亦番唔到轉頭，千祈米制，建議只可以出個reminder，提番之前俾佢嘅エ作手則，叫佢遵守，列出原因，例如要凑bb不容有失，亦睇番佢其他嘢做成点，ok嘅都要讚一讚，差嘅就順便講埋.......

I am also facing the same problem too, at the first time, we treat her very nice, let her use mobile when she finished all the work at night time, we think she also need to contact her family and friends sometimes. But at last, of course, she always use the mobile during day time, I very concern this problem, because I think she will not concenrate to take care my bb, and only my maid and bb at home when i go out to work. We talked to her very serious about this problem before, we requested her cannot switch on the mobile at day time, she said OK and keep on for very short time and now she just turn the volumn to no sound and guess I will not know she use mobile, I feel so angry and disapointed about that, but I really don't know what can I do, I think talk to her again is useless, or I should ask my agent to help or I should accept her if she can take care my family well???

I remember that I have written a sample "reminder" letter regarding "talking too much on the phone" and FA8866 had put that letter in the 僱主天書！ Please refer to that and issue her the letter right away !

i don't mind she use mobile phone after completed her duties, however i will only allow her to use it in her room but not anywhere in the house. i think as a employer if we hv stated not allowed to use mobile phone during the day but she don't follow, it's kind of not following instructions, then we need to talk to them seriouly and get her compromise not to do again.

其實真係好為難o家, 你俾得佢講就會變本加勵o家啦, 我覺得話就要話, 唔係鬧o羅, 同佢講如果需要用電話就最好講聲俾 employor 知先

你個工人好自律, 其實講電話唔係大問題, 不過睇時間, 做唒嘢都ok
