有冇人剛剛做左轉按呀~~


有冇人剛剛做左轉按呀,可唔可以比d意見呀~~
我罰息期到20/1/2007,outstanding around 720K, 現在同bank做浮息P-2.65%,咁如果想轉用HIBOR拆息按揭有冇so呢? 同有咩risk呢?

Most of the bank provide good offer for outstanding loan above 1M only, so it is better to ask the offer the bank can provide first.

For me, the outstanding is around 500k only and I am now only stay in the same bank and just asking for reducing interest rate.

Hi simon00,

我都知outstanding冇1M銀行好難有好offer!所以我去問幫人攪按揭轉介的,佢地話我做緊P-2.65%想bank再減都好有限,or choice HIBOR拆息按揭會SO d,佢地又話拆息按揭會有個上限around P-2.75-P-2.8%......

所以想問下大家對HIBOR拆息按揭有咩意見囉!
