檢討今年度的投資組合....

去年同期在此推介三大類股票, (可惜文章太舊, 巳被删除)成功已勝過大市...現在坐定定等收成,...

1. 大陸地產股
#2777 富力地產推介時 $3.7 (當時未1拆4拆細時 $15左右), 現價$14 (即未拆細時$56), 上升 373%, 差不多4倍 ...

2. 大陸金融股
#939 當時$2.5, 現在$4.15, 上升 66%
#2628 當時$7, 現在$18, 上升 257%

3. 石油股
#857 當時$5.5, 現在$9, 上升 63% (最差呢隻！)

Are you still holding those stocks that you mentioned?
2777 is crazy. Unfornately, I didn't follow you.

Are you working in Finance Sector? You are so familiar with the finance market.

Yes, I work in Finance field.

#272 have a strong presence in Shanghai...but as u know PRC central govt has a strong desire to stablize Shanghai's property market...so this may not be favourable to them in short run...

#3323 $3.6 sold at $3.2
#2899 $ 4.8 sold at $4.2
#945 $283 sold at #250
#2088 $4.55 don't know whether need to cut loss,
Dummy can you give me some idea?

For those who have no stock on hand, better not to touch la...even though the HSI may be gone up to 21,000 or 22,000....etc in the coming few months, We never know the peak ...unless you just want to day-trade or do very short term trading with stop loss limit set.

For those who have stock on hand and with significant floating profit, we could wait until the market turnaround since we have many buffer for the downturn
