I have sold all #2628, #939, #2777, #857...in Dec 2006



Now my portfolio's size is smaller only hold two stocks:

#1800, bought at $6.8 to $7.4 average $7
#80, bought at $14.4 ...hold for long term, under-valued stock

終於都沽左#2628,始終覺得PE太高,渣得唔舒服,唔好墨守成規
#1800 IPO抽唔到,都係6.06上左車,我都覺得呢隻係一隻好股

#1800可能好多人只知係基建龍頭..."十一五"中央會用三萬八千億搞基建...但可能都不懂分析, 將來有幾好...

2005 往續#1800只賺$21億, 06 不少於$28億...P/E都大約35倍以上....

但三萬八千億, 若果有"10%"俾到#1800 (假設而已) , ...i.e., $3,800億, profit margin 5%計 (保守計其實profit margin提升緊),...尤其起鐵路,...都賺成$200億,...平均來緊都賺成$40億一年,...未計自己原有賺$20-$30億條數.....P/E即時下跌...來緊將來幾年假設賺$60億左近, 30倍P/E 股價已$20

若"十二五"基建budget更多, 便更加不敢想像...

當然宏觀市况都極為重要!!!!....不可overlook...
