我個bun bun於11月頭已經見成一份Canada工作, 話出年3月開始新工, 不過佢同我

我估佢因為要博延期,所以去告您,您到時帶齊文件去勞資比主任睇.主任睇完個BUN都無野好告架啦.唉,呢d C PK,真衰格.

我係您,我會寫埋信比移民局,講晒佢D衰野出黎.等佢地Keep份record.

我有個仔,
出cheque比佢最好,記得copy張cheque,要佢簽名,另去bank開a/c,佢地唔駛手續費,咻聽個工人吹水,您可同佢一齊去開.
唔好比借日佢地要cash.總之乜鬼都要佢地簽收.

唔該晒, 我諗我都會同佢去銀行開a/c, 因為好過我之前比cash, 佢以成日屈我話我無出, 賤到爆.

其去勞工處真係無咩特別, 你會舉證證明自己比晒錢,咁個主任就會問佢服唔服咁, 咁就睇佢仲想唔想屈你, 我雖然舉晒證, 但佢知道上庭可以繼續再屈錢之餘, 仲可以留係hk搵野做, 所以佢繼續告去小額, 咁上庭之後會點我到時可以再同你share. 不過勞工處好似都預咗佢地會上庭咁, 都唔係好調解, 同佢地諗住有工會撐, 咩都亂講一餐, 因為講大話佢地係唔駛坐牢, 所以你真係預咗佢地咩都亂claim.. 仲之一個字 "煩"

lastly, my agent assisted to settle and the bun bun said she had already been withdraw the claim from Labor Dept. today.....

but, asked for another reference letter as said that I made something wrong

my husband had already been refused

(behind her)

I would approach LD tomorrow to ensure, hope she had not told lies

唔該晒你意見, 我真係比你D賤人激死, 我明天新工人到, 我一定所有野都會錄低, 唔會用錢補假, 同埋去銀行開ACCOUNT, 出CHEQUE 比佢, 以前對佢地太仁慈了, 但佢地原來只會當我係老襯, 所以就當呢個工人唔好彩, 我所有野一定跟足嚟做, 我仲PRINTED埋你地的RULES & REGULATIONS要佢簽... 但其實真係好驚又遇到D賤人玩野, 希望我今次好彩啦... 多謝晒你意見!

千其唔好比cash,可以用cheque,抬頭寫工人個名,要同身分證上一樣,唔好劃線同bearer,佢就可以ling張cheque加身分證去出票行(如hang seng bank 支票,就可以叫佢去任何一間分行就可以攞到cash.

If I were u, I will pretent agree to help her to rewrite the reference letter. But I will told her to withdrawl the old one. once she return the old one, I will write a new letter to reflect the true until the last monment( just before she leave HK to prevent she revenge).
"An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth" , don't be too kind.
I am a very bad guy, hahahaha.....

各位,

多謝你們的回應, 我而家無咁激氣, 14號收到封'勞工處調解會議通知書'時, 直情想打電話鬧個bun bun 一餐

雖然今日(其實我由14號已留message)仍未能contact調解主任去clarify 個bun bun 有無withdraw 個claim, 不過, thro' agent 知道bun bun 好似15/16, 因為我有佢新僱主

如果cross 咗張cheque,就要先將張cheque入落個工人戶口先(i.e. payee a/c only),佢唔可以即刻拿錢,而且仲要開戶口
