Sam already tried different kinds of cereal. First rice (gerber), then oatmeal, wheat and brown rice (earthbest). my mom said as she is one now, we can blend the Quaker oatmeal and then cook with water/ milk. Quaker oatmeal can be for adults too. it has no sugar/ preservatives. and its cheap.

I also want to use Quaker instant oatmeal as it is easy and fast to make.

Elgin tried oatmeal, wheat and brown rice from Earthbest when he reached 7 months old. Now he has Quaker instant oatmeal every other day with banana and dried grapes as breakfast.

可晴都係食Quaker,加水佢已經好鍾意,
鍾意甜甜地就落生果,
鍾意咸咸地就當佢係粥底加d肉~~

我比bb吃桂格成長麥粉加入佢d奶奶一起飲, 我choice的味道是五種水果, 我唔知香港有冇得賣, 佢地台灣好多人都加入奶奶比小孩飲,10個月以上可以飲, 會飽肚d, bb又會肥d, 佢飲左3個月啦, 都唔錯.

這種麥粉份子好小, 飲奶時容易吃用, 我發現吃左呢2-3個月,bb腸胃有改善, 比較強d.

Hi Innylee, can I clarify how to make this sweet pls:

1. blend Quaker instant oatmeal
2. cook with formula milk
3. then add grapes/bananas

correct?

how about add in congee? need to blend? add at the beginning when we start to cook congee or add later?
