I think u have to check with doctor of why there have blood pump out from your breast. for breast engoragement, as i learned from all breastfeeding class and talked to the lactation nurse for the past 2 years of time, u shouldn't be pumping your engoraged breast until empty. if u feel engorage (big and hard), u should just pump enouh (or a little bit) just to relieve the fulliness, your body will adjust how much milk your baby needs....but u need to give your body sometime, like a week....if u keep pumping it all out evven u don't need it, your body will keep making more and more milk. remember, demand and supply are equal, it means your body will make the amount of milk depends on how much and often your baby suck!
