I used it for about a few weeks in Canada, it's CAD$200 when it was on sale (as you know, things are always on sale in Canada). If you bought it in Australia and use it in HK, then just use an adaptor is OK.
It's really convenience to use, for eg. I steamed a plate of spare ribs took 20min and steamed the whole chicken thigh (big one) take about 33 min (but the meat is really soft by using 190F) and use the bake function to bake sweet potatoes and frozen pizza.
I don't really care about the warranty cause if it doesn't work for the first 30 days, I just returned it to the store, after this period usually no problems for all my small appliances.
Of course it's a problem to buy it overseas, I think it's better if you can ask friends to buy it for you
