我 1st time 請印, 之後 2nd & 3rd & 4th 都係 bun.
唔知 ar, 我諗如請印印, 請完約會好 d.
at least 識 d 中文, 識 d 英文.
我個印真係唔知點同佢溝通, 中英都唔識. 我老公家人就 okay, 印尼華僑, 我就搞唔掂.

There are four members in our family. Two adult and two boys, one is 7 years old, another is 1 year old. I am a fulltime Mum at home.

If you are fulltime mom, no need to hurry. For me, I prefer overseas bun as they will be better at least for the first year. If you are the first time to hire maid, the local maid may take advantage of you.

For my opinon, 請印 will be better for you.
But the most important cannot hire the maid work in HK before. Better work in Singapore or Malaysia, and you interview with her in English, see if she can talk or not.

印 maid is 乖 D and 聽話 D, but english not very good, they earn $$ because for her own family and herself to use.

菲 maid - 有佢地自己意見, very clever, english is OK, but they earn $$ need to give not only for her family also many relatives will ask her for $$. So Phil maid is easy to borrow $$ then Indo. maid.

印 & 菲 maid both very easy to get friends.
但 印 maid 一般 work hard then 菲 maid.
If 鬧 印 maid they will accept their wrong and try to improve.
But 鬧 菲 maid they will think about is that her wrong or the boss wrong.

我都係第一次請工人, 佢係bun , 嚟咗5 個月多d, very good....我仲提早出埋bonus 俾佢. 點解當初會請bun, 因為我見家姐個印印懶, 其實佢地都係表面扮豬, 內面一d都唔stupid.另外我覺得bun bun 正常衛生常識同英文會好d, 所以從來沒諗過選擇印印, 同埋果時去d agency 到, bun bun 決貨d.
不過, 如要睇吓彩數, 因每個民族都有好/壞人.

同意。我先後請過2个海外印,完全0溝通。信我,一定激死你。

不過,我現在和以後都揀bun。因為其他人所講印印的好處,例如勤力、聽話、什至抵得閙,在我請印印生崖裡頭,是完全無的。印印屈僱主告人的比率遠超越賓。你可想像有几反骨。

Bun Bun and 印印 both in the first year not bad ge, coz' they need to return the loan to agent.
If you are not at home, you will feel Bun Bun is better. But if you stay at home u will very angry ga la.
I had a lot of experience from Bun Bun la......So far so good my 印印 is very good in work and english not bad too. I think really depends on the personally of the maid

我自己就請左在singapore 做過的印, 英文ok, 懂得用一般電器, 衞生都ok. 完全未出外打過工的就不要請了, 實教都嘔血. d工人好易識朋友, 來港第一天住agent broading house 已經識左一大堆, 落街買餸又識一堆, 所以有d 人話未來過香港會純d 是癈話.
年紀三十多有子女, 年紀大些少會成熟d, 而且有家庭負擔一般來講都唔會亂咁黎. 我有幾個朋友請21-22歲o靚妹印印完全唔掂, 掛住扮靚(沖涼45分鐘, 染髮, 化妝...), 成日講電話, 帶朋友返屋企, 放假玩到唔知鐘返屋企, 博炒賠錢...

佢地其實好鬼精, 只係有D僱主笨, 以為佢地真係笨...
識得睇我眉頭眼額, 識得事事奉承我. 但係, 其實做野好懶...

依家請左bun, 真的, 對於食物營養, 煮食, 衛生等等的常識都較優勝...兼且你可以用英文同佢講好多好抽象既野, 佢都明, 所以我以後都唔會再請印架啦...
