有冇sis食過DHEA，有冇效？

上網睇過有美國醫學研究報話DHEA可以令卵巢年輕D,提高卵子的數量及質量。大大提升成功率。

非常吸引。

I also found it very attractive. Since I am old already, and I want to make my ovaries younger to increase the IVF success rate.

我食緊DHEA 75mg per day,我第一次ivf未食前抽卵7粒受卵得1粒，第一次ivf失敗後開始食，食左三個半月第二次ivf抽卵11粒受精3粒，第二次ivf失敗，繼續食DHEA差不多四個月了，現在第m come便開始第三次ivf!我個人認為DHEA係對卵子少的人有效架！！！副作用生暗瘡！如果卵子質數唔好就加CQ10 !我係兩樣一齊食架！係ivf e生開比我！

Hi bbtam,

Which ivf doctor do you see?? I asked my ivf doctor about DHEA, and he said i should not take any supplements at all. I am so confused as many clinical studies does show that DHEA is good for ovaries with few or ageing eggs.

Sis, one hint that I read from the US websites is, the best DHEA can be bought from www.DHEA.com.

I have checked some TW website about DHEA, those TW sis said

"要吃DHEA要先確認妳的AMH<3（去年驗的<2）才可以服用喔！多囊的病患不可以吃！！"

我ivf e生係林淑儀,我start DHEA前抽血check過AMH結果level很低,是低成孕機曾的一群,而且我已是高齡,e生才suggest我食,我唔建議你自已買食呀!我都知道有d e生唔suggest人食supplement架!我講出自己的經歷並不是鼓吹人亂買試!
