If U buy diamond is for keeping for value then U must buy either D or E; vvs or vs;and must at least 1 carat. If one day you want to sell it, you will get the money back or earn some. It's because today D grade is hard to find, E and F also the same. The reason is there are not many diamond mine left for digging today. This is my friend who is a stone cutter in New York told me.
A GIA cert will tell you the information of the daimond because we are not an expert, it's very very hard to tell the grade by human eyes. If you had a D grade and a I grade on hand you will be a bit easy to find the difference, but if you have a D grade, E grade, or F grade, then you have to look at the certificate. Human eyes cannot find the difference and if a F grade's cutting is very good it's easy to make people think it's a D grade diamond. It's because it might shine like a D grade diamond.
F grade is more economic if you want to show quality with less money investment.
In my opinion, H-I Grade 1 carat 33,000 is cost too much. You pay a little bit more you can buy a 1 carat F grade and you can keep for long and still valuable.
