Can I ask a question and see if anyone can help ? I lost 36lbs from exercise in a year but I stopped during COVID time . Then resume exercise - 2 hours a day with a group class like body combat , body attack or zumba dance) and 1 yoga class. Suddenly my colleague said my thighs get thicker and stronger and I measured and found my right thigh increases by 0.5inch (no change for left)! Can u teach me how to stop this ? I don’t want to become too muscular and 大隻。 thank you .
