只係話父或母係澳洲citizen， bb係海外出世，bb就可以申請 citizenship by descent

點解仲要拎香港䕶照？乜唔可以在香港攪到本䕶照？

我唔記得,好似申請澳洲護照時,要提供.
因為個時我要幫佢申請護照去澳門搞證件

Luckily his baby can get the OZ passport as the baby got birth outside OZ before 1July2016.
He told me he is lucky two months ago as he just discover this new policy at Aug.

Maybe he got the wrong information. Sorry I am not sure about it.
