My son takes 2 or 3 bottles per day.
Morning and night - must
Afternoon - usually

Besides, he likes egg. He is very strong and active.

Hi, moms,
Long time no chat. Have your kids started school?
Preston is back to school for a week now. He starts full-day class this year. So far he enjoys it and likes his K2 class.
Wish all 0301 kids have an enjoyable school year.

My son, Percy, also will back to school on 3 Sep. Maybe I let him to join many classes (included arts, 跆拳，english & mandarin), so I'm not very exhausted. He gets lot of fun to go to space museum.

唔怪得有日我送Marco 返學見到個好似Preston 啦, 不過話時話, 佢瘦左又帶埋眼鏡, 好斯文look喎.

Yoki 基本上朝早飲一杯鮮奶, 夜晚我想戒左佢, 因為佢跟我地大人食飯, 食完飯都8:30, 唔想佢10:30又飲7oz奶, 不過佢like, 2oz 都剎.
