canny: I think we can use Hackenma's server for sharing the photos that the dads took, while we could still burn the CD for the photos that the camera-men took. As we have 400+ photos from the camera-men, I don't think all mums have time to download that many photos, or else, it will take long long time... is this OK?

I had tried to get the photo from the FTP server for several times, but it waited for a long time and can't reach the server. Can you suggest me how to do that?

~~ Status about Photo CDs Posting ~~

For those who have given me the addresses, I have posted the CD + Swisso coupons today afternoon. I guess you should be able to receive it on Monday or Tuesday. Let me know if you could not receive it by Wednesday.

I have included $2.8 stamps inside the CD cover as refund as we have some money left.

For those who have not provided me the address or who will not join Mar 4 Tea Buffer, please let me know ASAP how I can send the Photo CD to you.

~~ Financial Update ~~

Money Collected = $80*112 + $40*5 = $9160

Expenses = Buffer $6740 + Balloons $767.5 + Banner $45 + Van $180 + Cake $466.5 + Cleaning Stuff $147.6 + Fit Balls $197.5 + CDs/Stamps $450 = $8994.1

Balance = $9160 - 8994.1 = $165.9

So, refund $2.8 for each family = $2.8*52

Final Balance will be $165.9 - $2.8*52 = $20.3. May I suggest for me to pass the $20.3 to Fion for the 1yr old birthday party to use??

All, 2nd batch of party photo CDs will be sent out tomorrow. For those mums who are in batch #2, pls check mailbox next week and let me know if you could not receive it or have problem in opening the files.

Those who joined the 1/2 yr old b-party:

If you have sent me the address, you should have received the photo CD already this week (for both batch 1 and batch 2). Please let me know:
(1) if you still have not received it
(2) if you cannot play/view the CD

For those who have not sent me the address, pls kindly advise how I could pass the photo CD to you... I don't want to keep the items for years..... sorry...
