But it is quite difficult to match the timing for use the big deposit (i.e. 10% of the sold price) to settle the 'landfee'. It is likely only one or two months for you to settle the 'landfee' because the period they count beginning from the issue of evaulation letter. Besides, it seems this is illegal if you sign the S and P agreement with the buyer before you complete to pay the 'landfee'.
