"NG Chi Wan" may be the name of a person, thus could not be rent.

However, if you intend to find a flat for rent in NGAU Chi Wan (near Choi Hung), there are not so many choice and the supply is limited. You can go to the property agents in Amoy Garden and they would try to locate your requirements.

In fact, I have contacted a property agency in Ng Chi Wan (yes, close to Choi Hung MTR). However, as you said, very limited supply and seems no two bedrooms availaible.

Thats why left a message here to try my luck.

u can try "Scenic View" in 63 Fung Shing Street, by 16A or 16B green van in Choi Hung MTR, a good property by Sun Hung Kai (i.e. good view, good mgt, quiet, club house....etc)

You can try to ask the local property agents to locate:

1) Fortune Garden (stand-alone building);
2) Wealth Garden (stand-alone building);
3) Bay View Gardens (small/medium size housing estate by Henderson Land).

However, the access to all of them by foot needed to pass through the "old" Ngau Chi Wan Village. The duration will be around 5 minutes from exit C of Choi Hung MTR station.

Since my PCs both at home and in workplace are running English Windows whilst I am not familiar in typing Chinese fonts, sorry I can't help to provide you the buildings' names in Chinese.

As an alternative, you can go the websites of "CENTAMAP" at = Here = or "MIDLANDMAP" at
= Here = to locate its Chinese names.
