我而家寫字樓, 幾高級的會計, 反9:30-7:30(因為要ot最少到7:30), 呢份工有十年啦. 公司很大, 各部門人事很熟, 對上位老細也是媽媽, 很投緣. 工作熟到單眼做. 只是公司十年來都無咩加人工, 未來也沒有甚麼發展(我和公司). 但, 公司漸漸制度化, 變得複雜化. 現在有另一份工, 是大公司, 名牌retails, 要看住shops operations, budget, income/expenses等等. 人工多一萬, 好似比較有前途. 但太多未知素, 唔知老細做事手法, 唔知要唔要ot, 唔知份工可唔可以照顧到屋企(屋企小朋友是bb和升小一和小三), 又唔知自己做唔做得黎, 所以未有好大決心轉.

人工上相當吸引, 但又真係要為兩個小朋友3思, 如果成日OT咪好咋窄洗!!!!

a/c in retails shop ususally need OT la..especially the sizable retail shop..

did your future boss gave you any hints that you need to overtime a lot when you did your interview sin?

No hints from interview...actually the new post is operations related with financial analysis, budget control functions. It is a senior management post. Is that high working pressure in this industry? Can leave office before 7:00pm? Thanks for your advice.

已經多年, 係唔係有小朋友, 就唔可以發展事業? 係唔係要停? 自己又會唔會自視過高, 事業已盡? 真係自尋煩惱.

too much unknown factor la..

u haven't tried 'outside' job for 10 years...u know how much changes outside? careful your decision coz u have 3 kids..i don't think management accounting is easy to handle..

i am a qualified accountant and i used to work in a stable big company like you then i quitted..then i got a relaxing job....then i switched again to two US companies..i worked half dead there..work til 10pm , and once 1 am for the month end closing.

now i thanks god..i can have a slack job again..although in a small company..but i have flexible working hours..i can come to work late..and i can off early..more time to spend with my family..
