I want to fire my maid, who only employ for almost two months,
Is it no need to pay " one month salary " for her, as she is still in her probation period?
that mean i only fire her as the day of my notification?
Can anybody help?

According to Hong Kong Labour Law, there is no "robation Period" for domestic helper. That means once you employ the maid(even the maid just work for you one day), you must pay her "one month salary" or "one month notice", plus the ticket, transportation fee to send her origin place, ...etc when you terminate the contract.(so unfair for Hong Kong employer)
