u can take it to MK to do it, but remember that u need to sign the contract for how many months, each month need to pay extra$ for it, better calculate before
but i can say, there's no 速度保險 coz it's fast or slow is depends on how many ppl using, coz they wont set a unique moden for you, mostly the whole building/specific ares share it, so more ppl use, slow, less ppl use, faster. Also, not just depends on it, if you go to website and which is not located in HK, you need to go through few router and may affect the speed.
even using netvigator, it show can up to 20M/S, but will never get this high speed. If not dl a big file, just web view, it's 3M or 6M is no different, only the price
Personally I would prefer HKBN rather and Netvigator. 50/25Mbps does differ from 6/3Mbps once you download larger files or needs to upload (Netvigator upload speed is still 640kbps). I think it would be fairer to compare prices with and without gift x no. of months in contract. If this is more than the cost of a Wii at Shamshuipo, then you better go to buy one right away.
