alternative is you employ part time local domestic helper , ask them to clean up your house on weekends and on weekdays if necessary come to your house to look after your kid
Some of my friends use local helper instead of overseas maids and it works provided that you dont need maid most of the time, otherwise it is quite expensive to employ local helper as their salary is counted by hours
