Congratulation! You can loose 16 pounds in two weeks time, so quick, I also keep fit from this week, but I haven't seen any doctor as I don't want to eat tablet or medicine, I only stop eating rice & bread, in the morning, I eat biscuit, for the lunch, I eat rice noodle, for the dinner, only vegatable and soup only, and I join a keep fit course next week, I hope I can loose my weight.
