BB唔瞓覺

BB六個月大,但5am起身直到6:30pm,中間只瞓了半至一個鐘,之後便一直瞓到天光.瞓得太少了,怎麼辦? :cry:謝謝!

我個仔一出院(三日大)都係咁,到而家十個月大,日頭唔駛點瞓,夜晚就一覺瞓天光!

my bb is now 3 1/2 months old and sleeps less in day time too, but she used to sleep alot, now she can only sleep 1-2hrs in daytime until 8-10pm then can sleep thru the night!
