水準 means the photographer know how to make a young bb smile in front of a camera and then capture the happy face . Because once I took my kid in a photoshop for quick snapshot, my kid looked so 'shocked' in the photos though he is actually a jolly bb.
nusery photo usually are of same size as passport photos but no requirement on background colour kwa.
