Though it is no legal binding for an employer to bear the costs of her personal belongings etc., sometimes I will buy this medicine for her to express my caring with her health. In fact, a lot of maids who got their own medicines from their own countries and perhaps you buy for her once and tell her that she can buy herself with same brand next time. Good relationship has to be built up day by day.
