for the first few times it's not sticky. But after a few times, it is a little sticky. Therefore I will put some oil, and after that it's not that sticky.
The wor is useful to me because it's easy to clean. Immediately after I cooked, even there is some sticky stuff in wor, I can clean easily by
1. putting water + few drops of detergent to wok.
2. turn on low heat to heat up the wok a little (optional)
3. use a cleaning sponge (those with handle) to scrub and remove the sticky stuff. (i learn from the salesperson)
4. after the sticky part is removed, clean the wok as usual
Conclusion:
It is not totally non-sticky. problem can be resolved by putting small amount of oil into wok.
However it's very easy to clean + no hazardous sustances will be released (unlike other non-sticky wok which has Teflon coating which can realease harmful sustance). You can clean the wok using ordinary sponge (the green color kind)
One more thing, to increase longevity of the wok, use low to medium heat only, never use high heat. The wok is very "heat conductive" and even milder heat is enough.
