My new maid said when she was in Singapore, she never took day off, so her master gave her extra money. She tells me she does not want to take leave but I reject. I tell her I don't need her help on sundays, and she has to take day off once in a week in HK. There is unfair to me to give her extra money when I don't need her help.
My new maid is too smart (I think). Last sunday, the first day she took off, she acted so poorly that and said she've never gone out before. I told her to go downstair and joined any indonesian maids & went out together. I thought she only stayed in the area nearby my home. But when she came back, I asked her where she went. She knew how to go to Causeway Bay from Tai Wai alone. So from this case, I think she is not that honest.
