剛剛續約, agent 突然又打電話黎話印尼政府改o左要加埋驗身証明先可續約wow :;pppp: 即係又要我地d 僱主又要比 $$$$$$ , agent 話 比$500 可去佢地指定化驗所(灣仔)安排, 唉 ~~ 真係好無奈, 有無人知將軍澳區收費要幾多呢 ???

要驗 (1) 驗孕 (2) 愛滋 HIV (3) 照X光 (肺) (4) 驗血 (乙型肝炎, 梅毒, 愛滋)

呢ｄ body check，佢唔開口我都會要求工人做啦，不過講明邊間就過份左喎。

no, the truth is from 1mar2011
the consulate accounced
all indo. helper with contract finished/terminated

must get an authorization document from the indo. agency counterpart.
to complete chopping the contract (green one).

the results:
1. renew contract can only be always the same agency. because the indo. agency is fixed with their chopping license.
2. no more finish contract helper unless the indo. agency agrees.
3. terminated helpers no way to find job in hong kong, the need return indo. and come back hong kong again, deduct 7months salary again.

therefore this time is the indo. agency increase price

that body check is different with your body check, it is something related to make the contract.

the maid come to hong kong with agency a in indo. ,now cannot make the new contract in another indo. agency b in hong kong unless the indo. agency a agrees. it is not a matter in hong kong but in indo. because agency a and agency b has no communication in hong kong and indo. and the consulate does not permit to chop contract like that

但係佢都未返印尼放大假, 而家只係續約都要驗一次呀, 到暑假放佢大假返黎咪又要去驗多次, 即比2次 $$

the 新例 is with effective 2x Feb. My maid just did her body check today, spent $600.
Indo govt must need Indo maids who renewed contract to do this body check (in the past $80 type is ok, but now must be $500 type or over).

this new rule is a waste of our $$!!! we have to pay body check $$ twice (the 1st time is before they leave HK to Indo, and the 2nd time is after they come back to HK after their holidays). have to spend 1.2k la!

it's ok to pay for the body check after she rejoins after holiday to ensure she's healthy and 'clean', but not before ma! it's really NONE OF OUR BUSINESS whether she has good health or not right before she goes back to Indo!!

HK GOVT IS POWERLESS!!!!
like PH requested HK employers to pay 1.xk additional insurance, HK govt had no say, and the rule was with effective immediately!
AND, this time we have to pay Indo maids more $$ for body check!!

i will consider axing 1 maid after 1 year.

呢條例係咪confrim咗架? 事緣我噚日先炒咗我姐姐, 俾咗機票佢, ...




It is starting tim la. She can only find a job in macau, hong kong probably very little chance, there is way but too difficult for her la. Because that damn rule she cannot make a new contract

c-wong, that is not waste $, it is just purely a price increase.body check is very cheap cost in hong kong.

The agent cannot say the price suddenly increase ka ma. Body check is minor requirement, but the major concern is surely not the body check

a $80 type bodycheck is just similar to buy a doctor's receipt g ma

not the HK gov. is powerless.

The reason is whatever you hire a new helper, she pay 80% agent fee but you pay the remaining 20%. If you "buy up her(買斷)" the cost is needed to be HK$10000+, you willing to pay huh?

Hong Kong people terminate the helpers too quickly like three months, even 10days, the indo. agency prepaid your helper's everything in indo and the air ticket to HK also. How come they do not lose?
You can say girl ng duck, no exp. not good is the indo. responsibility, but good girls is already asking for higher salary, agency sell higher price and even in indo. referral to a girl to indo. agency the referer can get as high as 1month's hong kong salary.Therefore everything is $
