大話始終都會被識破的, 自己無做過怕咩大大聲呀, 仲有我唔明點解要比佢交通費返到屋企門口呀? 你有理由送到佢回國即係除了到印尼外若佢係泗水人再轉多程到泗水便可, 點解仲要額外比多四舊水呀

一百蚊係要比因為合約定明的, 但個四百蚊有相確餘地, 我係你企硬一毫子都唔比, 仲有假期等問題佢有証據咪攞出黎囉, 若大家都無憑無據靠把口的, 你上到去大聲d吼佢囉, 再唔係一早準備定自己mark diary話佢放左假你吹咩 :tongue: 反正佢個d所謂証據都係佢自己寫之麻

乜你約滿時唔係帶佢返agent計晒數,簽晒野confirm無問題至俾機票佢咩,如果有....驚佢有牙???

Have you went to the Labour Relations Division/Labour Department - Conciliation meeting to resolve the problems already?? I am going to the Conciliation meeting on August 30 because my ex-maid lodged claims against me for wages in lieu of notice (one month salary), rest day pay 休息日, travelling allowance ($100 Hong Kong and $150 from the airport to her door), salary, underpayment os wages, air ticket........my story is she went away last Friday and I terminated the contract 4 hours after she disappeared becuase she dropped the key back to my lobby and I knew she is not coming back. AND SHE STOLE ME $5000 AND A NECKLACE. Then she sued me for the one month salary of 即時終止合約(because I was the one who terminated/contacted immigration). My ex-maid just came HK for one month plus one week!! I am willing to share my experience with you!

What do you mean by 其他假期及星期日假期及就沒有收據? Did you 額外補薪代替休息日-Sundays發放給他/她? what about 法定假日??

I did, but after she is gone for one week and then showed up at the Labour Department, the Labour Department need to contact the Immigration this maid need to stay HK for more than 2 weeks because she has a claim lodged at the Labour Department, (because I have sent the Immigration all of the documents so the immigration know the maid is a criminal) and the Immigration contacted the police and the CID went arrest her at the Immigration and ransacked her broading home (not agency, is the Union shelter and the address need to maintain sercrecy), of course the CID couldn't find anything so there is nothing they can do right now!
