I am having my first baby….and have a question abouthospital, please advice!

I have registered for Queen Mary and Sanatorium.
I will need to put down the deposit forSanatorium in two weeks and I am still unsure which hospital to go to.
Anyone has experience or advice aboutthese hospitals, especially for Queen Mary??? Thanks a lot!!

我開頭都係QM &養和register左, 但聽完有個fd 4月係QM生完, 1晚就叫佢出院, 同埋姑娘忙到好蚊憎, 真係一分錢一分service架, 但建議你keep住睇政府產檢呢

如果你經濟上許可咪去養和生，會住得舒適點，我生果時住半私家房，一個人一間房，又可以推埋囡囡入去，老公又可以加床，都比較多時間可以餵人奶，不過都幾貴，好彩老公公司份medical保晒，唔使錢，如果唔係學都會去QM生，反正都係住幾日。我好多朋友同事都在QM生，都好好，我生之前去贊育覆診，姑娘姐姐醫生好好禮貌，又免費oscar同照structure

Hey - may i know which doctor do you see at Sanatorium.

Actually I have booked there too but not very comfortable with the doctor I am visiting at the moment. :(...

QM好好呀，果陣前後住左5日，亞b仲要訓左一晚兒科，埋單都係$350，產房又係全海景，有部份大房既床位都係有海景架，真係抵到欄呀。我覺得身為香港人就梗係攞番享有到既權益啦。

Any comments re the doctors at Sanatorium Hospital? I am going to pay the deposite this week but I really think that my doctor is very rough and not very caring!

which doctor you go for at the moment? i think u should change doctor if u dont feel comfortable with him because it will definitely affect your mood. Are you seeing their in house doctor? Actually you can change doctor even after you paid the deposit but it needs to be authorized by the Sanatorium. (I have changed my doctor after I paid the deposit.)

我諗你快d決定啦我今日返健康院第一次產檢姑娘問有無係私家留位佢話已經交左留位費既政府醫院唔收

thapats - I am seeing Dr. Danny Leung. I have only met him once....I think he's okay - although he hasn't done anything to impress me but I think he answers all my questions and quite patient throughout the consultation.

avyyue - thank you so much for your very encouraging comments! I just had my first prenatal check up at Tsan Yuk Hospital and I was so impressed!! The nurses there were so friendly and professional! In addition of your positive comment, I think I may go for QM instead of spending big bucks on Sanatorium!
