I signed the contract with HKBN in Sep 05. It was a two years contract. At that time, they claimed that they could provide 10Mb service. In early this year, they notified me that my plan had been upgraded to bb10.
I have been using HKBN for a long time. Before I renewed the contract in 2005, I intended to cut their service and changed to other ISP. Because their service was unstable at that time. One month before the expiry of my previous contract, the internet connection is excellent (i.e. no disconnection and high speed). I called their customer service officer before the expiry of my previous contract and told him that I would cut their service and expressed my dissatisfaction to their previous service. He offered him a two-years contract ($48/mth 1st, $96/mth 2nd). In view of the excellent connection I experienced before the expiry of the contract, I accepted his offer. Upto now, their service is still excellent.
