請問可在港為bb申請passport嗎？一定要父母一起去申請？謝謝！

Yes, you can. You can apply for the 'U.S. overseas birth certificate' as well.
But I am not sure whether both parents have to be in person.
You may check it out on their website or simply call the U.S consulate

十幾年前幫細仔申請過，希望無記錯。

你首先要去當地美國領事館幫bb申請張 "Consular Report of Birth Abroad" （父或母去都可以），出咗呢張 report 你就可以隨時申請 passport （申請passport係父母都要去）。

You can apply both at the same time, so don\'t have to go there again. I did that two years ago.
