My baby is 8 month old now. She likes Kiwi so much. I give her a half each time and 1 time per day.

you can just take the Kiwi, and then cut in half and just spoon it out is okay! yummy!

I use the spoon too. But sometimes I put Kiwi into the squeezing machine and give the Kiwi juice to baby. the portion is half Kiwi with 250mm drinking water.

我都有比囡囡食奇異黃金果, 我會吽都好熟先比佢食. 佢好鍾意食, 依家佢自己可以食一個.

我睇書就話橙同kiwi容易敏感,最好一歲後先吃囉..但如果吃左無敏感應該無問題既..
