Last time we travelled back to HK from Japan by CX, but unfortunately the flight was deferred due to the machinery problem. We have to wait for more than 1 hour in the plane. (We have already aboard). My baby began impatience. There were some babies even crying. The flight attendants haven't served us any drinks during the time of waiting, and no explanation and apology regarding the delay. (We only heard the reason of delay from the captain.) My husband and me are very very angry. We decide that we will no longer travel by CX.
The flight attendants of JAL & ANA are nice & polite. So, I will choose these two airlines to Japan.
