Hmm...I think there is no guarantee if the 工人 is employed by reputable 僱傭公司 because I have heard of tons of bad comments.... Even if you are considering hiring maid, I think you should at least get a relative to supervise at least for the first two months. You know, bb is too small to complain....
Well, I am kinda lucky. My husband works at home and he will take care of the bb. My mom will stay at our home for first 6 months to "teach" my husband... :-P
Wow!! snoopy123 you are so lucky. My hubby also works at home but I don't have my mom and my mother-in-law to help us coz my mom was suffered lung cancer last year and my mother-in-law needs to take care my hubby's brother's baby daughter who will born in coming Saturday.
Yes, I know I am lucky....but I am afraid my husband will get "after birth sadness" because he's so frightened and reading lots of bb books. He's afraid that he couldn't take care the bb....
I hope things will get smooth then he will be relax later.... You know, we are so worried about something that's new....
I heard a lot of bad news about maid...so I am not that trust to give a new born bb to someone that I don't know. You know the new born bb can't complaint and the maid can do whatever she wants...
that's ture, i don't trust someone that i don't know even they have experience to taking care of baby.
also, a friend of mine told me that she installed a camera at home and her maid always hide inside the kitchen (which the place can't record by the camera). one day, she saw her son drop on the floor from the chair when she looked back the video tape after work.
she can't complaint her as well because she thinks the same as you ... the maid can do whatever she wants whenever my friend isn't at home.
