If I were you, I will not change the job, as the present job can give you some time to work on your family matter, since not so busy. & you have more time to take care of the bb.
I am now same as you. I am working on the job that is not too busy & not too much pressure, the colleagues are very good, five days work. Sometimes, I spend time on my family issue, eg. check kindergarten detail, all sorts of family matter, including my husband matter ....
I enjoy it very much, may be I am not an aggressive person. I tried some jobs before, I need to work OT till 8 or 9pm, I resigned finally. This is just my comment.
