Tonight, bun bun told me her son has accident and need to do operation. She said she want to go home as soon as possible and she start to lost temper (crying). She told me she want to resign now and she will leave after 1 month. Although, she told me she understand my 3 years old son need people to take care now, she don't know how long she need to spend on her own son after operation.
As a mother, I also understand when my son get ill, I also want to leave office earlier to come home to see him. However, my husband and I are not so easy to apply leave, also sometime we go home very late.

I sware that I will not take the risk and hire those who terminated or being terminated by the employer. My current one is a very good example, she terminated her previous employer claiming that her employer always shouting and "fxxk" her and she also claimed that her previous employer always fire the maids and no more maid would work for her.
After she started to work in my house, I fully understood that why her employer always shouting and lose temper for her cos she never admitted her mistakes and found a lot of excuses. Her attitude was bad as well and sometime even said it was employer's fault. Many many ................ cases, even I am the one who with the high EQ also wants to shout at her (but not yet, I am going to fire her after I found a new one).
Maid B
Better to obtain more information from her employer regarding her background and working schedule. I also once hire a maid worked for her employer for 11 years who totally incapable to work independently in my house. At last, I found that there was a "po po" living in the home who directed all activities. So explore more for the maid and msot of maid who have experience won't except not off on Sunday.
I suggest you to talk to her employer directly. He/she may tell you something that they feel embarrase to write it out in the reference, e.g. someone refer a maid to me but after I talked to her previous employer, they mentioned that she always fainted down suddenly and sick, so no matter how good was her performance, she might not suitable to take care the kid especially for the family that both of couples have to work oustsidea.
You may ask them about the no. of members in the family, how's her schedule, if you want her to take care of your kids, so, ask more questions about how she treats the kids and ask for some example.
You can also interview the maid and cross check her info with the employer whether she was honest or not.

Yes. I also call her employer on Satursday and the feedback is OK. The employer like the maid is cheerful girl and she said the maid can work indenpendent.
When I talked with my maid she told me that Maid B said she don't maid to work on Satursday, but she will looking for other job which can take leave on Sunday. I think Maid B want to choice the job and I don't want to hire her now.
Yestersday night, I went to the agency house and saw a Maid C. She is 40 years old, she want to find a job very much and willing to take leave on Satursday. Since her visa expiry on May 29, she want me to sign contract now. Finally, I signed the contract. I hope I make right decision and get lucky.
Last time I thought I will sign contract with Maid C. However, my maid told me that her friend knew Maid C and she always on the phone. At last, I can contact Maid C previous employer (6 years contract with same employer), she told me the true story about Maid C. Maid C is misconducted and always talk on the phone. Finally, I haven't employed her. Now I am still wanting Maid B to reply when is the earlier day she can finish the contract.
